针对广西近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，广西于1月24日启动重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，自治区党委、政府，百色市委、市政府高度重视，统一部署，各项疫情防控工作有序展开。在此，我们向在百色生活、工作、留学和旅行的各位外籍人士提出如下倡议：
一、加强自我防护，尽量减少外出，避免到人员密集的场所，减少聚会聚餐等集体活动。外出请正确佩戴口罩，首选医用外科口罩。保持良好的卫生习惯，注意手口卫生。
二、关注官方发布权威信息。您可以拨打百色市卫生健康委员会热线电话0776-2806395，了解百色市新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情情况，也可以关注广西壮族自治区卫生健康委员会官方网站（http：//wsjkw.gxzf.gov.cn/），了解广西的疫情情况，并关注中国国家卫生健康委员会发布的消息，了解全国疫情情况。如有任何疑问或建议，请拨打百色市外事办公室值班电话0776-2824349，我们将及时回应您的关切。
三、如您近期曾到访过疫情高发地区，或接触过疫情高发地区来百色的人员，请密切关注自身身体状况，并尽快向所在单位或所在地社区工作人员报告，同时要多居家休息，少外出活动。如有政府、社区或医疗机构人员询问您的情况，请您理解、支持并积极配合他们的工作。

To cope with the outbreak of the pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus （2019-nCoV）， Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region launched the highest-level （Level One） public health emergency response on January 24， 2020。 The CPC Guangxi Committee and the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the CPC Baise Committee and Baise Municipal People’s Government have attached great importance to and made comprehensive deployment on the prevention and control of the epidemic。 Hereby， we propose the following initiatives to all foreigners living， working， studying and traveling in Baise：
I. Please strengthen self-protection with less outdoor activities， avoid crowded places， and reduce group activities such as get-togethers and dinner parties。 Please wear masks correctly when going out。 Medical surgical masks are preferred。 Discarded masks should be placed according to relevant regulations。 Maintain good hygiene habits and pay attention to hand and mouth hygiene。
II. III. If you have visited high-risk areas recently or have come in contact with people who come to Basie from high-risk areas， please pay close attention to your health， report to your employer or local community working staff as soon as possible， and stay at home and reduce outdoor activities。 If working staff from governments， communities or medical organizations at different levels ask about your health， please understand， support and cooperate with them positively。
IV. In order to deal with the possible epidemic situation， Baise Municipality has designated Baise Municipal People’s Hospital， Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College For Nationalities， People’s Hospital of all the counties （cities， districts） in Baise and Longlin Branch of Baise Municipal People’s Hospital， as hospitals for medical treatment。 If you have symptoms like fever， cough， chest tightness， weakness， etc， please wear a medical mask and go to a designated hospital for treatment as soon as possible。
